In order to satisfy the demand of the geriatric sector in Spain, which currently needs more than 100,000 places urgently, we have created different projects in which we develop geriatric complexes in different parts of Spain, offering in each group around 2,000 places and timing not exceeding 24 months from the writing of land deeds in the name of our final client.

 

We offer a turnkey, with an operator and fixed income from 5% (triple net) from the second year until the duration of the contract, 10 years of mandatory compliance and approximately 25 to 30 years of the contract to be specified.
